Develop and implement cutting-edge LLM models for AI assistant systems.
Research and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) query tools for various types of documents and web searches; implement deep research tools using LLMs.
Conduct research to enhance the capabilities and performance of LLM models, including: data collection, synthetic data generation, exploring new architectures, optimization techniques, and advanced training methods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM models into Machine Learning products and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
Evaluate model performance, analyze results, and refine model design to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in LLM research and apply this knowledge to enhance existing models and products.

Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
Proficient in Python programming language and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.
Solid foundation in Machine Learning, NLP, and Deep Learning. Good understanding of language models such as GPT, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek, etc.
At least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning, including at least 1 year of experience in researching and developing LLM applications.
Experience in building data and training LLM models or experience in developing RAG applications using web search.
Good English skills (listening and reading).
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
