BACKEND FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

Participate in the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from the user interface (Frontend) to the server system (Backend).
Design, build, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs.
Optimize performance, security, and high-load capacity for the entire application.
Participate in the requirement analysis and product development planning process.
Actively research and propose new technologies and implementation methods for products.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar role.
Proficient in Backend development with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js.
Proficient in Frontend development with ReactJS.
Experience with integrating RESTful APIs, websockets, and web services.
Deep understanding of design patterns like MVC.
Knowledge of Docker, Linux terminal, Bash, and Git.
Experience working with database management systems such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.

Nice-to-have Skills (Not mandatory)

Understanding of server push and simulated server push techniques.
Knowledge of reverse proxies, load balancers, and zero-downtime deployment.
Knowledge of LLM, RAG, and Agents, and the ability to use CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Salary: 15,000,000 - 35,000,000 VND/month (negotiable based on level).
