Participate in end-to-end product development, from the user interface (Frontend) to the server system (Backend).
Design, build, and maintain backend systems and RESTful APIs.
Optimize performance, security, and high availability/scalability for the entire application.
Engage in requirements analysis and product development planning.
Research and proactively propose technologies and implementation methods for the product.

At least 2 years of practical experience as a Full-Stack Developer or equivalent position.
Proficiency in Backend development with Python (FastAPI) or Node.js.
Proficiency in Frontend development with ReactJs.
Experience in integrating RESTful API, websocket, and web services.
Strong understanding of design patterns like MVC.
Knowledge of Docker, Linux terminal, Bash, Git.
Experience working with database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL.

Nice to have:

Understanding of server push and simulated server push techniques.
Understanding of reverse proxy, load balancer, zero downtime deployment.
Knowledge of LLM, RAG, Agent, and the ability to use CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

Salary: 15 million to 35 million VND/month (negotiable based on level).
