Design, develop, and implement an AI-integrated and automated Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role focuses on optimizing core warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory, sorting, and fulfillment) and building a scalable product for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze clients' current warehouse operations and define system requirements.
Design, configure, and implement Warehouse Management and Operation Systems (WMS) integrated with robots/AGVs and AI/ML applications.
Collaborate with the AI/Software team to develop features such as:
- Inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Optimization of warehouse layouts and transportation flows.
- Application of Computer Vision for goods counting and sorting.
- Integration of robots/AGVs into warehouse operations.
Test and evaluate system performance before live deployment.
Write technical documentation, and provide training and support for clients during the operational phase.
Propose continuous improvements to enhance the product's efficiency and competitiveness.

Yêu cầu

Professional Knowledge & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Automation, Logistics, or a related field.
Knowledge and/or experience in:
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Integration of ERP, IoT, and warehouse robotics.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C#) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
Understanding of APIs, integration systems, and big data.
Strong skills in analysis, process modeling, and problem-solving.

Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing/implementing WMS or related logistics software, or an equivalent position in a manufacturing environment. Experience in highly automated factories is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

Previous participation in AI projects within logistics or robotics.
Experience with specific WMS software such as SAP, Oracle WMS, or open-source systems like Odoo.
Knowledge of AI/ML for warehouse process optimization.
