Mục tiêu công việc

Responsible for shaping, managing, and developing AI products to ensure they meet market needs, business goals, and provide the best user experience. Act as a bridge between the AI technical team, Data Scientists, Designers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management
- Build and manage the Product Backlog: define, describe, and prioritize AI features.
- Ensure AI products are developed according to the roadmap and strategic direction.
- Write clear user stories and product requirements for the dev/AI team.
Research & Analysis
- Research market trends, AI trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI features.
- Collect and process feedback from users and stakeholders for product improvement.
Agile/Scrum Project Management
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with the Scrum Master, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
- Ensure the quality and on-time delivery of deliverables.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a bridge between the development team (dev/AI team) and business stakeholders (marketing, sales, partners).
- Present and report on progress and results to management.
Work Schedule
- Administrative hours: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (12:00 PM - 1:30 PM lunch break), off on Saturday afternoons and Sundays.

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, AI/Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a PO/BA/Product Manager, with a preference for experience in the AI or data field.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision is a plus.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong skills in analysis, planning, and backlog management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and clear documentation skills.
Product-oriented mindset and user experience focus.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new domains.
