Core Responsibility: Responsible for defining, managing, and developing AI products, ensuring they meet market needs, business objectives, and deliver the best user experience. Act as the bridge between the AI technical team, Data Scientists, Designers, and other stakeholders.

Build and manage the Product Backlog: Identify, describe, and prioritize AI features.
Ensure AI product development aligns with the established roadmap and strategic direction.
Write user stories and clearly define product requirements for the dev/AI team.

Conduct market research, analyze AI trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented AI features.
Collect and process feedback from users and stakeholders for product improvement.

Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with the Scrum Master, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
Ensure the quality and timely delivery of deliverables.

Serve as the link between the development team (dev/AI team) and business functions (marketing, sales, partners).
Present and report progress and results to the leadership team.

University degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, AI/Data Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a PO/BA/Product Manager, with a preference for experience in the AI or Data domain.
Basic knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision is an advantage.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
Strong analytical, planning, and backlog management skills.
Clear communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
Strong product mindset and user experience orientation.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new domains.
