SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Assist in carrying out company tasks as requested by the Board of Directors (BOD).
Transmit information from the BOD to departments, divisions, and personnel within the company.
Perform analysis, evaluation, and report employee work results to the BOD.
Support tasks related to human resources, corporate culture, internal meetings for the organization, etc.
Identify the company's short-term and long-term goals to create operating plans for each department and report the implementation status to the BOD.
In many cases, the BOD Assistant may provide support and contribute ideas in planning, strategy development, and making urgent decisions when the BOD is absent.
Supervise the work of departments, including the Operations block/division, upon request from the BOD.
Receive, deploy, and complete business projects as required by the director.

Male preferred, University degree or higher, preference for candidates from economic fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the applied position.
Ability to advise, consult on management, and possess strategic thinking.
Honest, proactive, ability to work both independently and collaboratively (teamwork).
Preference for candidates with experience as a lead/manager in small/medium teams.
Foreign language proficiency (English, Chinese, etc.) is an advantage.

Salary commensurate with ability: up to 35,000,000 Gross/month depending on candidate's capacity.
12 days of annual leave, bonuses for holidays (Tết), Annual Company Trip, Year-end Party.
Insurance and Personal Income Tax (PIT) in accordance with state regulations.
Provision of necessary work equipment (2 monitors and 1 high-quality CPU case).
Probation period: 02 months, salary is 85% - 100% of the official salary.
